Last night, the Yankees’ offense reached their full potential, as they put up a 14 spot against the Twins. Add in Masahiro Tanaka having maybe his best outing of the season, and you get the most dominant win the Yankees have had all season.
The Yankees will sent CC Sabathia to the mound as they try to follow that up in Today’s game. Sabathia lasted just 4.1 innings last time out, as it was his first game back after a short DL stint. Despite it’s briefness, the start, like most of Sabathia’s season so far, was pretty solid.
With the exception of Tyler Austin, the Yankees’ lineup is relatively unchanged from last night. The Twins will give the ball to Jose Berrios, who has had a really good start to 2018. Berrios is a former high-level prospect, and his numbers to start this season show why.
Tonight’s game will air on YES at 6:35 ET. Go Yankees, go baseball.
