Tyler Wade's batting stance.....Really?

We all hope that Tyler Wade produces on the big league level. Having said that how on earth does he hope to succeed with the batting stance he presents with at this level. Open stance, fine. Holding his bat so high that dropping it into the hitting position and getting the barrel to the ball versus major league pitchers is obvious a problem. Where is Hensley Meulens? If he is going to be a high contact speedy "put the ball in play" hitter, I don't see how he will survive at the big league level striking out so much. He is not a homerun hitter who can be forgiven for striking out a lot. At this point he is falling into the same ruts as he did when he played part-time last year. He certainly needs more time but someone has to have him adjust approach because it's not going to work in the majors.
