The Yankees are on the road today, traveling to Dundein, Florida for a game against the Blue Jays. It’s still spring training, but the Bombers have a nifty little undefeated streak going at the moment. They can’t let a division rival snap that, right?
Aaron Boone is running out a classic early spring lineup. Miguel Andujar, who knocked yesterday’s walk-off home run, is back at third base. Jacoby Ellsbury, Austin Romine, and Ronald Torreyes round out the “regulars”.
It will be interesting to hear how Chad Green looks today. The Yankees asked him to come to camp as a starter, but will most likely slide him back into the bullpen. He is too valuable a relief weapon. He won’t run into many easy outs, though, as the Blue Jays have a fairly representative group playing.
