A busy week at the winter meetings has concluded, though not too much of consequence happened. There were a couple of important signings, not the least of which was the Yankees’ re-signing of J.A. Happ, and the biggest trade of the week, a three-teamer between Tampa Bay, Seattle, and Cleveland, was consummated just as the meetings ended.
