YES Network | A.J. Herrmann: While the World Series is rolling onward towards its inevitable, gruesome conclusion, there are still free agent rumors to discuss. Take Bryce Harper for example. The young 26-year old superstar outfielder is apparently looking to start the signing discussion at 10 years, $350 million. That is a lot of money, as the kids are saying. It’s also a 10-year contract, as none of the kids are saying. The Yankees have been long rumored to be interested in Harper’s services. The crowded outfield and hefty price tag could make Brian Cashman look elsewhere. Unless Hal is feeling spendy. Then they can move Stanton to left, Judge to center, and Harper to right. Anyway, we’ll see how this goes down.
New York Post | Joel Sherman: If you’ve been watching the playoffs, and I wouldn’t blame you if you weren’t, you might have noticed a good amount of passed balls. This is even after Gary Sanchez was no longer behind the plate. The passed balls issue is not just a Kraken issue, as Sherman states. What’s causing it, you might ask? Sherman gets to the bottom of it. There’s even a silly acronym in there as well. Yay.
YES Network | Lou DiPietro: Food. Who doesn’t like food? No really, who doesn’t like food? Show yourselves, you cowards! Anyway, the Yankees certainly like food. In this most important of articles, you can read what each Yankee lists as their favorite food. While you’re at it, why don’t you tell us what your favorite food is in the comments.
