Last night's win was so much fun, the Yankees should do it again. With the Red Sox coming back into focus, now's as good a time as any to keep the winning streak rolling. To do that, the Bombers will turn to CC Sabathia. The veteran left-hander has continued his renaissance in 2017, pitching to a 3.71 ERA (4.37 FIP) over 121.1 innings. If the season ended today, that would be Sabathia's best mark since 2012. Keep it going, Big Guy.
As for the Orioles, Jeremy Hellickson gets the ball. He's having a less than successful campaign, owning a 5.15 ERA with a 5.53 FIP. That includes a ghastly 6.55 ERA since joining the Orioles' staff. The Yankees' offense has fired on all cylinders of late. I'll never write off a pitcher, but a guy like Hellickson could keep things rolling for the Bombers.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 PM. You can follow along locally on YES or nationally on MLB Network.
