It’s time for the FanPost Friday prompt of the week. Last week, I asked PSA readers to tell us the best and worst things about being a Yankees fan. I think we can all agree that one of the best things about the Yankees is the winning. The front office can sometimes be the worst. If you missed it last week, make sure you check out this submission of one fan’s journey from Yankees fan to “Rays fan” to Phillies supporter and back again.
Here is this week’s prompt:
Rank the MLB stadiums from best to worst
A couple of months ago, PSA readers ranked the MLB teams from favorite to least favorite. Let’s do something similar with stadiums! Want to rank all 30 current stadiums? Do it. If you only want to rank the stadiums that you have personally been to, that’s fine too. You might want to factor in the food options, the average price of tickets, the team that plays in the stadium (I’m fully expecting Fenway Park to be ranked dead last by everyone), location of the ballpark, etc. Feel free to include stadiums that aren’t around anymore on your list. Be creative and have fun.
Not sure where to start? Check out our guide to using FanPosts and our FanPost tips.
How will we select which FanPosts to promote to the front page? Some of it will be subjective. If you follow our tips linked above, you should find yourself on the right track. We will also be looking for FanPosts with comments and recommendations. Depending on the number of responses we get, receiving some recs on your post could separate your FanPost from the crowd. Additionally, if your post has a number of comments then it may have sparked some worthwhile discussions. These are just a few things we’ll be looking for when we decide which post(s) to promote on the front page. We are always on the lookout for new talent, and the FanPost section can be a great way to get our attention.
Make sure you submit your answer in the FanPost section before Friday (August 18th) for your post to be considered.
