Last week I asked PSA readers who they would trade the Yankees’ farm system for. We received quite a few submissions, and I appreciated the ones who had fun with it. Some of our readers suggested Mike Trout, Yu Darvish, Paul Goldschmidt, Chris Sale, and Kris Bryant, and Clayton Kershaw. I don’t think we can anticipate a trade like this ever happening, but I enjoyed thinking about it.
Here is this week’s prompt:
What changes would you make to All-Star week?
Last night we found out that Aaron Judge, Gary Sanchez, Starlin Castro, Dellin Betances, and Luis Severino will represent the Yankees at the All-Star game. There is also a chance that Didi Gregorius could make the team since he was named to the Final Vote ballot. On the topic of All-Star week, what changes would you like to see made? This can be anything from how the team is constructed, voting rules, the Home Run Derby, or any other All-Star week activities.
How will we select which FanPosts to promote to the front page? Some of it will be subjective. If you follow our tips linked above, you should find yourself on the right track. We will also be looking for FanPosts with comments and recommendations. Depending on the number of responses we get, receiving some recs on your post could separate your FanPost from the crowd. Additionally, if your post has a number of comments then it may have sparked some worthwhile discussions. These are just a few things we’ll be looking for when we decide which post(s) to promote on the front page. We are always on the lookout for new talent, and the FanPost section can be a great way to get our attention.
Head over to the FanPost section of the site to submit your answers before Friday (July 7th).
