Last week I asked PSA readers to construct the best all-time Yankees lineup. Some people chose to put together an entire roster. Another member even put together an all-time squad featuring former Yankees who aren’t in the Hall of Fame. You can find the rest of the submissions here. As always, thanks for playing along.
Here is this week’s prompt:
What moves should the Yankees make before the trade deadline?
I know that the deadline is two months away, but it’s never too early to start planning ahead. The Yankees surprised everyone with a strong April, but they have stumbled a bit in May. It looks like the AL East is shaping up to be a tight race, and the Yankees could certainly use some extra help in the rotation. Last year the Yankees did the unthinkable and sold at the deadline, but this year’s squad is off to a much better start. Should the Yankees buy or sell at the trade deadline? You decide, then tell us what moves you would make.
How will we select which FanPosts to promote to the front page? Some of it will be subjective. If you follow our tips linked above, you should find yourself on the right track. We will also be looking for FanPosts with comments and recommendations. Depending on the number of responses we get, receiving some recs on your post could separate your FanPost from the crowd. Additionally, if your post has a number of comments then it may have sparked some worthwhile discussions. These are just a few things we’ll be looking for when we decide which post(s) to promote on the front page. We are always on the lookout for new talent, and the FanPost section can be a great way to get our attention.
Head over to the FanPost section of the site to submit your answers before Friday (May 26th).
