New York Daily News | Christian Red: Aaron Jeter? Derek Judge? Whichever way you go with, the young large adult son has been drawing comparisons to the Jeter with how he handles himself. Of course, Judge immediately downplayed that by saying there’s only one Derek Jeter. Judge says that now, but wait until he’s won five rings and then creates The Players’ Court after he retires. It’s happening. Case closed.

Newsday | Erik Boland: Meanwhile, in Double-A Trenton, Gleyber Torres. Gleyber Torres is back and is continuing to do Gleyber Torres things. Hitting, fielding, and impressing scouts. It seems that his recovery has gone well, which is good. Gleyber is good. At this point, they seem to think that it’s only a matter of time before he’s sent to Triple-A. That’s good.

MLB.com | Bryan Hoch: Jacoby Ellsbury made a very nice catch last night. Two runs still scored off of the sac fly, but it was still a nice catch. Not very graceful, but still nice. Okay, he kinda slammed his face and the whole left side into the wall while making it. His elbow is sore, so that’s a concern. Girardi will probably give Ellsbury a day off. Hopefully he’s okay. Still, it was a pretty nice catch.

Cut4 | Andrew Mearns: MEARNS!!! Now that we stated who wrote this article in the proper manner, Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez attended the Met Gala last night. J-Rod looks stylish as ever. Of course, A-Rod knows how to rock a suit wherever he goes. J-Lo also referred to A-Rod as her “macho bello.” Fun times.
