Luis Severino and Mike Fiers were supposed to face off today in the third game of this series, but the game has been postponed due to rain. Instead, the Yankees will finish up the series against the Astros tomorrow with a doubleheader. What could be better than the Yankees playing two games on Derek Jeter Day?
Unfortunately, if you had tickets to today’s game, you will not be able to attend the doubleheader tomorrow. Only fans with tickets to Sunday’s game will be able to attend both games. Fans with tickets to today’s game will be able to exchange them for any regular season game at Yankee Stadium through the end of the 2018 season. Read more about that here.
The first game of tomorrow’s doubleheader is scheduled to start at 2:05 PM EST and will be available on YES. ESPN will broadcast the second game, and that won’t start earlier than 7:35 PM.
Feel free to use this as your open thread for the day.
