FanRag Sports | Stacey Gotsulias: CC Sabathia is entering the final season of his Yankee contract. Chances are high that it will be his last in pinstripes, unless he repeats his success from 2016 and the Yankees still don’t have any answers for the rotation. But in the likelihood of his departure, his Yankee legacy is safe. Despite some bumps in the road, Sabathia’s career with the Yankees has been mostly positive. He helped them win a World Series in 2009 and has always given the team 100%. If this is indeed his final season with the Yankees, he will be missed.
NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: Yesterday the Atlanta Falcons/New England Patriots beat the New England Patriots/Atlanta Falcons in the 51st Superb Owl game. While most people were just watching to see Lady Gaga on a roof, a football game was actually played before and after the performance. Before the game, a decent number of Yankee players made their predictions on who would win the game. Now that we know that the Falcons/Patriots won, let’s see how the Yankees did. It seems most Yankees were leaning Patriots.
MLB Trade Rumors | Connor Byrne: Yankees legend Dustin Ackley will trade in his pinstripes for halos, as he has signed with the Angels. The Angels, who are challenging the Braves for most former Yankees in their system, signed Ackley to a minor league deal with an invitation to major league spring training. Good luck, Ack Attack!
