MLB.com | Bryan Hoch: Well it’s the end of the year. What a year it’s been for the New York Yankees. MLB’s very own Bryan Hoch prepared a list of the Top 5 moments from the 2017 season. Sorry to spoiler what one of those things were with my choice of photo. I’m quite sure you are not that shocked though.

New York Daily News | Mike Mazzeo: We sure did spend a good amount of 2017 discussing our big baseball boy, didn’t we? No shame in discussing him a bit more on New Year’s Eve. That’s precisely what this article gives you. Aaron Judge was awarded the NY Sportsperson of the Year. I’m pretty sure this is a New York Daily News award only, but Judge was the clear choice.

Newsday | Neil Best: Speaking of Aaron Judge, Aaron Judge. Actually, this is less about Aaron Judge and more about the Top 10 best NY sports stories of 2017. Aaron Judge was the #1 sports story in NY. Okay, it’s the Yankees season as a whole, not just Judge. It’s also not the only Yankee related item on the list.

Pinstripe Alley | Greg Kirkland: Okay, there’s no article to click. This is just a recipe for Slow Cooker Cuban Pork that I have fallen in love with this year. Since this year is coming to an end, I thought I’d share it with you all. Just a friendly way for me to say Happy New Year to all of Pinstripe Alley. Here’s hoping that 2018 brings us a Yankee team the likes of which has never been seen before. Talk to you all next year.
