The Subway Series comes to a conclusion tonight with the Yankees trying to take three out of four from the Mets. They will send Nathan Eovaldi to face the oldest player in the big leagues, Bartolo Colon. Rookie Gary Sanchez is in the starting lineup again tonight. You can catch the game at 7:05pm on WPIX, SNY, or MLB Network.
