Earlier today, we learned that Nathan Eovaldi will undergo two surgeries on his right elbow, likely costing him the 2017 season. That's bad news for an already shaky rotation. If the Yankees are going to make a serious run at postseason contention, they're going to need quality starting pitching. That seems to be hard to come by these days.
