New York Yankees vs. Detroit Tigers: CC Sabathia vs. Mike Pelfrey

Fresh off a sweep of the Angels, the Yankees will send CC Sabathia to the mound tonight to try and extend the winning streak. He will square off against Mike Pelfrey in this series opener against the Tigers. It has been a rough season for Pelfrey, but he only surrendered two runs during his last outing against the White Sox. The game begins at 7:05 EST and you can follow along on WPIX.
