The Yankees have won a season-high five games in a row, and look to keep that streak alive as they begin a series against the Blue Jays. The good thing is they return home after a 5-2 road trip, they have momentum on their side, the bullpen is rested, and one of their better starters in Nathan Eovaldi is on the mound. The bad news? Knuckleball throwing R.A. Dickey takes the mound for the Blue Jays.
With Alex Rodriguez starting a rehab assignment in Trenton today, Carlos Beltran stay in the designated hitter spot, and Dustin Ackley will take Beltran's spot in right field. The only other thing of note in the lineup is Brian McCann getting a day off vs. the knuckleballer so Austin Romine will catch.
A win today and the Yankees will be at .500, so if you ask me I'd say root for the Yankees in today's game.
