Tonight marks both the beginning of the Yankees' first West Coast swing of 2016 and their start of interleague play. The starting pitcher tonight will also be something new: Chad Green. Acquired in the Justin Wilson trade last December, Green got off to a fine start in Triple-A Scranton with a 1.22 ERA and 2.12 FIP over his first seven outings, striking out 36 batters. It will be a challenge facing the likes of Paul Goldschmidt in a major league park, but hopefully Green is up to the task.
First pitch will be at 9:40pm and you can catch the game on YES Network.
