Around the Empire

New York Post | Joel Sherman: As the end of the year approaches, a lot of people take time to reflect on the year. In terms of baseball, we take a look back at the year and the players that we watched play. When reflecting on certain players like Jacoby Ellsbury, it’s not a pretty picture. This article takes a look at a few deals that certain MLB teams wish they could take back.

NJ.com | Brendan Kuty: In case you haven’t noticed, Yankees OF prospect Clint Frazier has arms bigger than some individual’s heads. He has posted videos of his workouts sessions and yeah, I can’t do what he can. Here, Frazier talks about other things he’s working on during the offseason.

NJ.com | Brenday Kuty: Jorge Posada, famed Yankee catcher, is on the Hall of Fame ballot for the first time this year.
