NESN | Ricky Doyle: Rich Hill is somehow the top starting pitching free agent option. So it seems pretty obvious that teams that are desperate for starting pitching would be pursuing him. Indeed the Yankees are one of four teams that are in “full pursuit” of Hill. The other three teams are the Dodgers, Astros, and Rangers. The Red Sox and Orioles are also in the mix, just to a lesser degree.
