What could Judge and Mateo bring in a trade?

With all the trade rumors swirling one has to wonder what a deal created around these two players could net the Yankees.

Everyone knows not all prospects pan out, and to me, these two guys are the most expendable among out top prospects.

Mateo is a speed demon who lacks power. Speed does not age well. He's currently blocked by Didi and Castro on the current roster, and Torres has proven he is flat out better than him (even if Torres moves to 3B).

Judge, even with his high ceiling carries concerns about his height and I personally don't see him aging well either given his size. Outfielders are a dime a dozen and we have plenty of young depth at the position. If we are serious about Harper, Judge is likely the odd man out unless we can move both Ellsbury and Gardner which seems unlikely. Judge isn't a guy you want to waste as a 4th outfielder and he hasn't proven he can be an every day DH kind of guy (few players truly are regular DH guys).

So, what can a deal packaged around these guys net? In my head I have Judge, Mateo, Severino, Torren and Acevedo for a top end pitcher and maybe other parts (salary dump of an OF or 3B). Chris Sale is obviously at the top of this list, but I doubt that is enough for him.
