Baseball things happened yesterday. Don't worry though. None of those baseball things involved the Yankees or Brian Cashman doing anything. One particular trade could slightly affect the AL East a bit. The Tampa Bay Rays, who should be looking for/have already found a new baseball stadium to move into in a few years, traded reliever Jake McGee to the Rockies for Corey Dickerson. With the Rockies signing Gerardo Parra, they had a surplus of outfielders and were easily able to let go of Dickerson. Dickerson will leave the fresh open air of Coors Field and play in the confines of Tropicana Field. Each team will also be sending the other a minor league pitching prospect. It's not too late to offer Austin Romine for Nolan Arenado. Get it done, Cash.
In another move that involves a player with a fun name to pun, the Houston Astros have signed Doug Fister to a one-year, seven million dollar deal. After a rough year in Washington, the Astros are hoping that Fister can bounce back from injury woes and help solidify their rotation behind Dallas Keuchel and Collin McHugh. Unless they are planning to trade Keuchel to the Yankees for Ivan Nova. Oh right, the Yankees avoided arbitration with Nova yesterday. That counts as them doing something. Good job.Comments of the Day

Hotel California by The Eagles
It's Glenn Frey week on Pinstripe Alley. Undoubtedly the Eagles most well known song, and fitting as we approach the end to this week. As always, please link us your song of the day.
Feel free to use this as your open thread for the day. Feel free to use any superpowers you might have to bring baseball back faster as well.
