Brian Cashman was a guest on the Yankees Hot Stove yesterday evening. Bob Lorenz and Jack Curry did not ask Cashman if he has ever signed anyone based on how punnable their name is. Despite that missed opportunity, they did talk to Cashman about any possible moves down the stretch as Spring Training approaches. While he said he is always willing to listen to offers, Cashman heavily indicated that the Yankees are most likely done making any moves this offseason. Ninja Cash always works in the shadows, but there's a good chance that this team, as it is currently constructed, is the one you will see when pitchers and catchers report. One thing that is definite is that the Yankees will not be signing Justin Upton. The Detroit Tigers, once thought to be going after Yoenis Cespedes, have signed Upton to a six year, $132.75 million dollar deal. Some would say that this deal for Upton that the Tigers signed is "Justin credible." Furthermore, the deal includes an Upt-out clause after the second year of the deal. With Upton joining the Tigers, the other AL Central teams will have to contend with a very potent Tigers lineup all year long. Good luck with that.

Honorable Mod Mention
No one mod was truly that honorable yesterday.
- If you're the Yankees, do you trade Brett Gardner and sign Justin Upton to the same deal the Tigers just gave him?
- Favorite Glenn Frey song?
Song of the Day
Uptown Funk by Vitamin String Quartet
It's Vitamin String Quartet week on Pinstripe Alley. I was tempted to once again postpone this week in honor of Glenn Frey, who recently passed away. However, we will honor him next week. As always, please link us your song of the day.
Feel free to use this as your open thread for the day. It's DC Week on TV this week. The Flash returns tonight. Also, what do you think of the Upton deal?
