Yesterday the official list of dates when pitchers and catchers are reporting for Spring Training was released. The Yankees' pitchers and catchers are set to report on the second day of teams reporting, February 19th. We're not too far away from baseball, folks. Yet it seems we still have eons to go. The struggle that is the baseball off-season is very real. But at least we have a date to look forward to, so mark your calendars!

Speaking of Spring Training, yesterday Joe Girardi made a somewhat surprising announcement that newly acquired reliever Aroldis Chapman will enter camp as the closer. While the move itself is not very surprising, it's surprising that he actually came out and said it. Now all you Andrew Miller fans need not worry though, as he wasn't the team's closer last year. He was The Game Enderer. So maybe everyone's title and role is still up in the air, and we'll really end up seeing Nick Rumbelow pitch the ninth inning for the Bombers.

Comments of the Day

Wade Boggs is a true inspiration to us all. Or is it Boss Hogg? Either way, I know the man had chicken right before every game, that's why they called him chicken-man.

GIF Video of the Day

Yeah no GIF was going to top this tribute to Bowie.

Honorable Mod Mention

Jason wins for breaking the harsh reality that, barring some crazy circumstance, this is Mark Teixiera's last year in pinstripes. Let's just hope he comes to his senses and gives us fans a year of Foul Territory.

Song of the Day

Starman by David Bowie

It's now David Bowie week on PSA. Unfortunately, the world lost a great artist and person yesterday and Greg rightfully made it so we can honor a man whose music brought smiles to many faces across the world. Rest in peace, David Bowie. As always, please link us your song of the day.
