Adam Warren is back. Well, at least for the time being anyway. Yesterday he pitched a pretty great game against the White Sox and the Yankees won the third game of this four game series. Luis Severino will take the mound this afternoon as the Yankees look to win the series. While the Yankees did win yesterday, the offense has still been in a bit of a slump lately. If you want to look at this in a positive way, it's probably better that the Bronx Bombers get this slump out of the way now than in the playoffs. If they make it, that is. I sure hope they do.
Comments of the Day
It's true. Joe Girardi hasn't really played Stephen Drew in a while, instead opting for a Dustin Ackley & Rob Refsnyder platoon as of late. Perhaps this is a preview of what we're going to see next year.

Honorable Mod Mention
I don't know. Who do you think deserves the HMM?
Fun Questions
- If Masahiro Tanaka is not available for the Wild Card elimination game, whom do you have start that game?
- Favorite flavor of ice cream?

Feel free to use this as your open thread for the day. Severino and the Yankees go for the series win this afternoon. They also hope to inch closer to playing more baseball in October.
