New York Yankees vs. New York Mets: CC Sabathia vs Matt Harvey

Can the Yankees win the Citi Field portion of their interleague beef with the Mets? Can CC Sabathia keep the good times rolling against Matt Harvey? We'll find out tonight!

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

CC Sabathia and the Yankees will go for the series win at Citi Field tonight. The Mets, meanwhile, will counter with Matt Harvey, who has been quite the hot button topic of late. The way I see it, the main questions for today are as follows: Can Sabathia carry the success he had in his last start against the Rays (6.2 innings, 3 hits, 0 runs) over to this start against the Mets? How deep into the game can Harvey get now that he's going to be limited so that he's ready to contribute fully in the playoffs?

The Yankees need to win today, and just about every day, if they have any chance of avoiding that one-game Wild Card playoff. Here's hoping CC can keep the train going tonight. The game starts tonight at 8:05PM, and you can watch it on ESPN, or listen to it on WFAN or Radio WADO for you Spanish speakers.
