The All-Star game was last night and the American League was victorious, thus proving once again that the DH is forever and that pitchers shouldn't bat. Oh, and it also secured home field advantage for whichever American League team makes it to the World Series. It's still dumb, but whatever. Here's hoping the Yankees are the ones who take advantage of this silliness. Speaking of the Yankees, all three representatives got some playing time yesterday. Brett Gardner struck out looking twice, Mark Teixeira made some pretty good plays with the glove, and Dellin Betances was a bit off but still had a clean inning with one strikeout. Now they head back to the Bronx to await their series against the Mariners on Friday. We shall wait with them. Waiting sucks.

Old vs. Young. Round 1. Fight.
Greg Bird will not smile as much as Nick Swisher, cause that's not humanly possibly.
Well this thread is already off to a comfortable start.
Love this photo.
PC load letter?
Good thing he can fall back on his bat.
Considering all the Royals votes this year, they might have voted Rex Hudler in.
Get it? Cause he's a zombie.
What a catch.
Cannot wait to hand Chris Young that award.
Stats are stats, Tex. Take it off.
Not a bad list at all.
And we have the photos to prove this.

Aroldis Chapman is unfair.

Honorable Mod Mention
Another group HMM award for the PSA Staff. Halfway through the season and they're all doing a great job.
