After dropping both games in Miami, the Yankees face the Marlins two more times, this time back in the Bronx at Yankee Stadium. Having suddenly dropped five of their last six, this streaky Yankees squad appears to be back into one of its many lulls. A win tonight would definitely be appreciated to quell some of those fears, and the Yankees fortunately have a good starter going tonight with Michael Pineda on the mound.
They also have A-Rod back in the starting lineup thanks to the return of the DH. It's unlikely, but a huge five-hit night would push History's Greatest Monster to the 3,000 hit plateau. I'm going to say he should do it to help the team! Super crazy strategy, I know.
Tonight's game starts at 7:05pm, and you can find it on YES, Fox Sports-Florida, or MLB.tv.
GO BIG MIKE.
