A couple days ago, I mentioned how it would be nice if the Yankees took this series against the Athletics, the worst team in the American League. Two losses later and we're now hoping to split the series. Such is baseball. Chris Capuano had one bad inning and didn't make it to the seventh inning. Thus far, his come back has gone as pretty much most fans expected it to. Yesterday could very well be his last start for a while as the Yankees will have Masahiro Tanaka back in the rotation come Wednesday. Obviously Michael Pineda is going nowhere, nor is CC Sabathia due to money. Nathan Eovaldi is a work in progress and Adam Warren has pitched pretty well his last few outings, so he shouldn't leave the rotation just yet. This leave Capuano, who could potentially serve as long relief or a quick reliever out of the bullpen in place of, oh I don't know, David Carpenter perhaps. Just some ideas.
Oh, and Stephen Drew makes puppies cry tears of sadness.

Fun Questions
- This is not at ALL to say this would happen, but given a choice would you rather win with Stephen Drew or lose with Rob Refsnyder?
- How many innings does Eovaldi pitch?
