The Yankees look to go for the sweep against the Rays this afternoon as Michael Pineda goes up against rookie Matt Andriese. So far this series has had a host of interesting happening for the Yankees–from Alex Rodriguez's two-homer night, Masahiro Tanaka's return to dominance, and Brian McCann's triple–so watch out for something equally as fascinating to happen today. The game is set to start at 1:10 PM and will be available to watch on WPIX and, of course, MLB.tv.
Alex Rodriguez remains in the three-hole while Carlos Beltran is sick so Garrett Jones will play right field in what will be only his second start this season. Brian McCann will also get the day off with John Ryan Murphy behind the plate and Didi Gregorius returns to the lineup. Hopefully he can finally start to turn things around.
