PSA Comments of the Day 2/27/15: The batting practice

It's almost here, folks. Real, actual baseball in less than a week. Well, as real as spring training games get anyway. Don't care. Exciting times.

Today it is photo day down in Tampa. The Yankees will be wearing their best smiles. We should all be smiling because baseball inches closer and closer to us. Yesterday they took batting practice. While Alex Rodriguez was the primary focus, sources say that Aaron Judge was pretty impressive. Soon, he will hopefully be the law.

Comments of the Day

I don't know why, but that was my first thought when I saw this masterpiece of a post.

Oh Mets...

Llamas were roaming free and Twitter was all over the live coverage of it. You know, a pretty normal day in today's society.

Gonna have to agree on this one.

Honorable Mod Mention

Song of the Day

Duck Tales Theme by The Disney Afternoon Studio Chorus

You didn't think I'd get through Animal Week without adding a little fun and nerdish, childish flair to the party did you? I'll be honest, it was a tough choice between this and the theme song to the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. Both are excellent, but man do I love the Duck Tales theme song. As should all of you. Sigh...some of you weren't even born when these shows was on the air. As always, please link us your Song of the Day, you young whippersnappers.

Feel free to use this as your open thread for the day. In less than five days, we'll be watching real, actual baseball. Yay!
