With Chase Headley yipping it up at third base last year, many Yankee fans were hoping to perhaps trade him for another, potentially better third baseman. There have been a few names thrown around in the mix. One potential candidate was Todd Frazier. The Cincinnati Reds are in the midst of a complete fire sale and rebuild, so perhaps Frazier could have been acquired for some decent, non-untouchable farm hands. Those thoughts have now been dashed. Todd Frazier is going to the Chicago White Sox.

The Dodgers got back a decent prospect haul for their system. The Reds...well, we'll see. The White Sox got a much, much needed upgrade at third base. We will wait to see what comes out of this sudden trade for those teams. To Yankee fans that wanted Frazier, I'm sorry but I just don't know what to do with your tossed salad and scrambled eggs.

Farscape Theme by Sub Vision
It's Sci-Fi/Fantasy week on Pinstripe Alley. Okay, this will probably be the last non-Star Wars theme of the week as Star Wars fever will take over tomorrow. This is one of my favorite sci-fi shows. It followed the formula of Star Wars and used Jim Henson's Creature Shop to create awesome looking aliens. I highly recommend Farscape to any fan of sci-fi.
