Being that I am exhausted from being at the New York Comic Con all day, this COTD thread is going to be short and sweet. The Blue Jays lost to the Rangers yesterday. David Price did not pitch up to standard and two key Blue Jays players got injured. Not a great start for the AL East champions. Injuries are the worst and, as the Yankees have seen this year, they can just derail everything. Depending on how long Josh Donaldson and Jose Bautista are out, it will be interesting to see if they can overcome this enormous set back. Meanwhile, the Astros defeated the Royals by a score of 5-2. The NLDS starts today as the Cubs will face the Cardinals while the Mets are in LA to face the Dodgers.

Song of the Day
Maria Maria by Santana
It's World Series Top 5 Billboard week on Pinstripe Alley, the week that honors the Yankees past 7 World Series teams. Maria Maria was the #3 song of 2000, right behind Smooth. Carlos Santana had a good year in 2000, as did the Yankees. As always, please link us your song of the day.
