New York Yankees vs. Baltimore Orioles - Derek Jeter's final game at Yankee Stadium

So... it's Derek Jeter's final game at Yankee Stadium, but the weather is causing some serious problems. MLB has said that they will do everything they can to try to get this game in, so I guess we'll see. Woooo awkward home finale!

In an amusing note, almost everyone in the starting lineup including Hiroki Kuroda could be appearing in their final games as Yankees at Yankee Stadium except for Gardner, McCann, and Teixeira. Such is the state of the Yankees these days.
