If you love postseason baseball then today is definitely your day. First up at Noon EST, the Tigers will look to even the series at one a piece against the Orioles. Birdland crushed the Tigers 12-3 in Game 1 of their five game series. Justin Verlander will get the start and the Tigers really need some length out of him this afternoon, as the Orioles crushed the Tigers' bullpen last night,. Opposing Verlander for the Orioles will be Wei-Yin Chen. To say this is a must-win game for the Tigers would be redundant. Nevertheless, it would be ill advised for them to lose. You can watch this game on TBS.

Just a short drive forty two minute drive away, the Nationals will host the Wild Card Giants as they begin their five game division series in Nationals Park. Jake Peavy, who finished the season strong for the Giants, will take the mound against Stephen Strasburg, who is making his first postseason appearance in his young career. The Giants are coming off of an 8-0 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday. Thanks to the efforts of Madison Bumgarner, their bullpen is well rested for the start of this series. This game will start at 3PM and it is available on Fox Sports 1.

The third game is an excellent pitching matchup of Clayton Kershaw vs. Adam Wainwright with the Cardinals playing the Dodgers in L.A. at 6:30pm, and after that, the day will end in Orange County with another game, as the Royals seek to take a 2-0 lead on the Angels. Yordano Ventura faces Matt Shoemaker in that game, which will begin at 9:30pm.

Who are you pulling for in the games today?
