Here we are at Game 5 of the 2014 World Series between the Royals and the Giants. After San Francisco beat up Kansas City big time last night, the series is now tied 2–2. This is very much a swing game for these two teams because the winner of tonight's matchup will be just one win away from a World Series championship. Both teams will go back to their aces as the Giants will hope Madison Bumgarner can shut the opposition down again and the Royals will need James Shields to actually be effective after a poor showing in Game 1. While we won't be seeing anyone clinch tonight, this game is still key.
