Fourteen hits and nine runs helped the RailRiders easily beat the Bulls and one of the better pitching prospects in Jake Odorizzi. Wang continues to be fairly impressive, Neal continues to hit everything. Brett Marshall starts for SWB today at 5:05 pm.

Double-A Trenton Thunder: L 0-2 vs. Harrisburg Senators

DH Ramon Flores 1-4
CF Slade Heathcott 1-3, BB - average up to .246 on the season after an awful start

Jose Ramirez 6 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 2 BB, 5 K, 2 WP - three groundouts, four flyouts

Ramirez had a nice outing, but his offense failed to do anything off Caleb Clay, who pitched a complete game shut out against them. Tyler Austin sat for the second straight day. Nik Turley starts for the Thunder today at 2:00 pm.

High-A Tampa Yankees: Game Suspended for rain with Tampa leading 3-1, will be completed today.

Derek Varnadore 1.1 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, K
Adam Smith 1 IP, 3 H, 3 R/1 ER, BB, K

The RiverDogs were out-hit 14-4 by the GreenJackets, which is obviously not a recipe for success. DBJ has now hit in seven straight games. If Charleston can hang on to first place for the next few games, they will automatically qualify for the playoffs as the first half champions. Jose Campos pitches for the RiverDogs today at 2:05 pm.
