Here's your open thread for the last full Sunday of the football season. Say goodbye to 20 of the teams because you won't see them play again until the 2013 baseball season is coming down to the wire. We're only 44 days from pitchers and catchers, 55 days from Spring Training games, and 91 days until the Yankees' Opening Day against the Red Sox on April 1st at Yankee Stadium. Hang in there.
We probably won't see any local NFL teams in the playoffs as the Jets are gone and the Giants need a win over the Eagles combined with losses by the Bears to the four-win Lions, the Vikings to the already-clinched Packers, and Cowboys to the Redskins in order to have the chance to defend their Super Bowl victory last year as a Wild Card. It's not impossible, but it's certainly not easy.
Go nuts. Rumor has it the Marlins will listen to offers on Giancarlo Stanton. Eek.
