A three-game set against the Blue Jays of Toronto begins tonight as rookie Ivan Nova takes the hill looking for his 15th win.
Toronto is 5-8 in their last thirteen, having dropped series to Oakland, Kansas City and Tampa Bay.
The Yanks are two games better (7-6) during the same stretch.
In one previous game against Morrow this year, the Bombers struggled, plating a lone run in six innings. But the electric right-hander hasn't been his sharpest lately, tallying an ERA near 6.00 over his last seven starts.
Nova on the other hand has been solid of late. Despite a shellacking in Kansas City a few weeks ago (5.1 ip, 7 er), he has a 3.83 ERA since returning from Triple-A in late July. And in his one previous game against the Canadians, he conceded two earned runs in 6.1 frames (back on May 1st).
