The Yankees maintain their slim hold on the AL behind 7 workman like innings from CC Sabathia. He wasn't sharp (again) but he ground through it.

It took a couple innings for the offense to get rolling, but they chased Duensing after 5 innings, then tacked on a couple more runs against Matt Capps.

Another triple for Granderson, another homer for Tex and another multihit game for Jeter.

A nice night.
