How long has it been since the Yankees played baseball?
Since last recap, over 50 hours have passed, in which we've had 11 front page articles (News, Jorge, more Jorge, the All-Star Game, more Jorge, an Open Thread, a SWB fanpost, News, Russell Martin, IBB, & Draft). I don't meant to brag or say we have the best Yankee coverage on the planet (though I am and we do), just that it's been a really long time without any baseball.
Tonight, Ivan "Implosion Waiting to Happen" Nova takes on Jered "Sometimes One Brother Gets All the Talent" Weaver.
The Yankees will have their hands full, but they arrive in Anaheim on a small 4 game win streak. The Angels just dropped 2 of 3 to the Royals and are 5-5 in their last 10.
Baseball can't happen soon enough.
