Yankees 4, Indians 0: Won the Battle, But...

The Yankees won 4-0 behind another brilliant outing by Bartolo Colon.

Another Yankee (Arod) got plunked in the same inning as a Granderson home run. Cleveland starter Mike Talbot was promptly ejected. Arod had homered in his previous AB.

But the story of the day, of the week, and perhaps of the season, is that Bartolo Colon limped off the mound in the 7th with a strained left hamstring. No word yet on how much (if any) time he'll miss.

David Robertson came in allowed and double and then got out of the inning with a K. In the 8th he returned to the mound, allowed a pair of singles before striking out the side.

Boone Logan started the 9th inning and (incredibly) recorded 3 outs without allowing a baserunner. I'm as surprised as you are.

Derek Jeter went 0-4 and remains 9 hits from 3000.

It's a win, but it's hard to feel good about this one.
