Sean O'Sullivan last pitched on Tuesday, defeating the Yankees 10-2 as a member of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Now he looks for his second straight victory in his second straight game against the Yankees, this time as a member of the Kansas City Royals.
Last time out O'Sullivan went six innings, giving up two hits and two runs. One of the runs given up was on a historic home run, Nick Swisher's 150th home run.
Ok, not so historic, but a good segue! Alex Rodriguez will try for his 600th home run once again today. Personally, I just want him to get it in a Yankees victory. I know some people want him to hit it at home, some on his birthday, some at 7:43 on a Tuesday night (ok exaggerating a bit), but if the Yankees win and he hits it, I don't care about the situation.
Sorry for the lack of pitchers stats, Sean O'Sullivan's page is having technical difficulties.
Overflow will be at 2:45, subject to change. I'll be in and out of the thread due to family plans and my Sunday usual of going to the opposing teams game thread. Recap will be posted either by Jscape after the game, or me very late tonight.
