After embarrassingly losing the first Subway Series to the Mets, the series will now be in the Bronx, where the Yankees have a 22-9 record.

If you'll remember, Vazquez and Takahashi matched up back in May, when they each pitched six shutout innings (the Yanks eventually won 2-1).

'Tak' started the year in the Mets bullpen... his first major league start was the 2-1 game against the Yanks... the batters will have to swing: he's walked only six in 28 frames as a starter.

Vazquez' ERA in his first five starts: 9.78... in his last seven: 2.93, helped by an insanely low hit rate (5.6/9 ip).
