Yankees 8, Orioles 3 - We'll take it

This was quick, easy, and relatively painless.  The Yankees jumped to a quick 6-0 lead by the 3rd inning, and with CC on the mound, you figured there was no looking back.

Offensively, everybody contributed.  A-Rod was the only Yankees batter who didn't have a hit but did contribute a sac fly.  CC wasn't spectacular, but he got the job done, scattering 11 hits and 2 walks over 7 2/3 innings while only allowing 3 runs.  That in and of itself is kind of amazing.

Comment of the game: E-Roc, in response to a couple of people talking about their, shall we say, amorous feelings towards Kim Jones:

Much like Nick Johnson, the best you would do is reach first base.

Play of the Game: What else, but Nick Swisher's 2nd inning triple (.118 WPA).

Fun Fact: The Yankees still lead the AL in triples.
