Not too much to say about the rain-shortened six-inning Yankee victory over Texas.

Can't hurt that C.C. Sabathia had a short night's work, and the bullpen got a night off.

Play of the game: Had to be the throwing error by Teas first baseman Chris Davis that opened the flood gates for the three-run fourth-inning rally.

Comment of the game: Honors to 'WhatWouldJeterDo' for this remark when Marcus Thames got a hit to raise his average to .500. "The world makes no sense."

Have a nice night, folks!
