Coming off the weekend Fiasco at Fenway, tonight sure would be a good time for CC Sabathia to step up, pitch a great game and start earning some of those $161 million Stein-bucks he is depositing in the bank.
The Yankees need a win tonight in Detroit, and it sure would be nice if it came in a neat, well-pitched game.
BTW, what is the deal with Justin Verlander? Only 11-17, 4.84 ERA last season. Now, 0-2, 9.00. Two years ago I thought this guy was going to be a star for the next decade.
