Gordon on Philly DL

Will this push New York and Phildelphia to make something happen?

Phillies closer Tom Gordon was put on the 15-day disabled list Friday with inflammation in the rotator cuff of his throwing arm. Gordon flew back to Philadelphia earlier this week to be examined after experiencing tightness in his right shoulder. He was placed on the disabled list effective May 2 and will be eligible to pitch again on May 17.

If Farnsworth had any type of consistency he would be an untouchable, but alas...that's not the case. If they do move Kyle, the Yanks will need to replace his arm in the pen for sure. I don't think Mr. Bean is the answer....so they just can't trade him for a starter without another move being made.
