No, that is not a typo.  Bobby Abreu is in the leadoff spot tonight.  Strange.

Tonight marks the first of 13-straight games against Texas and Seattle.  Meanwhile, the Red Sox are facing some tough competition over the next two weeks (OAK, at MIN, at TOR), so this would be a really good time to start making up some ground.

Phil Hughes makes his second major-league start and hopes to improve on his erratic debut against the Blue Jays.  Unlike last week, many of us out-of-towners will have the opportunity to watch him pitch this time around instead of being forced to follow the action via MLB Gamecast or listen to Suzyn Waldman screech her way through another radio broadcast.

Finally, as both John and Jaime already mentioned, a big thumbs up for Bobby Murcer on his return to the YES broadcast booth [cue the "Welcome Back, Kotter" theme here].
