Brian came down hard on Russo for calling him a liar about the Abreu/Lidle deal. Brian thinks Lidle was an important part of the deal (there wasn't much starting pitching available) that then allowed the Yanks to trade Chacon. Cashman would not put up with Russo's garbage today. Since Mike wasn't around, I knew Russo would be showing off his hatred for the Yanks today. Especially with the Giants in the tank and the Yanks making moves to try and help the team.
